Weekly Rental Rates

 

The rates shown below are for one week's rental and the rate changes based on the time of year. Remember Green Reef 19/Dolphin's Run is a three-story town home with 2,400 square feet and plenty of room to spread out. It sleeps up to 12 people and has three big decks. Most importantly, it's right on the beach - just walk off the deck and onto the sand. When you compare the space, the number of people that can be accommodated and the amenities, it's a great value compared to paying for three or four small hotel rooms. 

 

In most cases the property is rented by the week Saturday late afternoon through the following Saturday morning. Check-in is after 4:00 PM on the Saturday of your arrival and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM the day of your departure.  Weekly rates include cleaning fee.
